Information on reservations

Cottages – Chalets – Bungalows

All accommodations are availables from 4:00 p.m. on your day of arrival and must be vacated within 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure. During “silence time”, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., no new arrivals will be processed.

Reservation
We accept one-week reservations with arrival on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. For different periods, we kindly ask you to check the availability of our accommodation solutions, by contacting the Village directly.

Deposit
To reserve our accommodations, you will be asked to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the booked stay.
This deposit must be paid within 15 days from the date of your booking; failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your reservation. In cases in which the reservation is cancelled by the customer, the deposit will be refunded, with the exception of 10%, which will be withheld for administration costs. The deposit will not be refunded if the customer cancels the reservation during the 30 days preceding the start of the booked stay.

Full payment
The stay must be paid fully upon arrival.

In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the customer is required to pay the sum for the full stay.
Eventual damage to property of the Village must be paid for by the guests of our accommodation units.
The number of structures is assigned by our Management and may vary due to administrative necessities.
The number of your beach umbrella is the same as the number of your accommodation unit.

Camping

Reservation

Reservation is mandatory from 26th July to 25th August.

Deposit

To reserve our Pitches, you will be asked to pay a deposit equal to € 200,00.
This deposit must be paid within 15 days from the date of your booking; failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your reservation. In cases in which the reservation is cancelled by the customer, the deposit will be refunded, with the exception of 10%, which will be withheld for administration costs. The deposit will not be refunded if the customer cancels the reservation during the 30 days preceding the start of the booked stay.

Full payment

The stay must be paid fully the day before departure.
The day of arrival is fully included in the final payment.
The day of departure is not included in the final payment, as long as the guests vacate their pitches within 10:00 a.m.
When the reservation is not required, in the case of departures after 10:00 a.m. but earlier than 5:00 p.m., half of the daily rate will be charged in the final payment.
If guests depart after 5:00 p.m., the full day will be charged in the final payment.

Internal services payment methods

All the internal services are to be paid with a Chip Card, provided by the Management, with Debit Card and Credit Card.
