Due to the health situation related to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, here are some of the answers to the most frequently asked questions relating to your next stay at our facility.
All information will be updated based on the evolution of the situation and the legal provisions.
When will Conero Azzurro open?
Conero Azzurro opens on 26th June 2020.
Following the last DPCM and regional resolution, we have studied, in recent weeks, a clear communication document with all the details to welcome our guests again in total safety and according to the provisions of our National and Regional Government.
I would like to book a stay for the next few months but I'm afraid of the situation, should I book or wait?
Our suggestion is to book now.
In case of restrictions on travel between regions, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For all stays from the opening date and up to 26th July 2020 and from 5th September to 20th September, no advance payment is required and no cancellation penalty up to 10 days before arrival. For cancellations after 10 days, or in case of no-show, penalty is of 10%.
For all stays from 27th July 2020 and until 4th September a 30% deposit will be required and no cancellation penalty up to 10 days before arrival. For cancellations after 10 days, or in case of no-show, the penalty is of 10%.
We believe that not all tourist facilities will reopen immediately and the risk for this year is not to find a place easily in the summer months or weekends, so it is better to book now without any risk and without any penalty.
Safe welcome at Conero Azzurro
Your safety and well-being are now more than ever our priority and we have decided to welcome 30% fewer guests this year to ensure safe environments for a peaceful holiday.
We are following the sanitisation protocols of all environments and the training of staff that will be equipped with the personal protection devices required.
To ensure a quick and safe check-in, arrivals will be distributed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sanitised housing, high temperatures for linen
At each customer change we sanitise the rooms with alcohol-based disinfectants and chlorine-based products, while the linen is sanitised at high temperatures.
More space on the beach and in the pool
You can access the beach directly thanks to a comfortable and safe underpass, without leaving the Village.
The large private beach is for the exclusive use of guests, the umbrellas will be spaced as required by the safety rules and each umbrella will have 12 square meters of available space. It will also be possible, with a small supplement, to have 14 square meters available for the beach umbrellas on the first and second row. Furthermore, the sun beds will be sanitised every day.
In the swimming pool, spaced beds and quoted entrances, to allow everyone to access them at different times. The equipment will be sanitised after each use.
Reserved restaurant and delivery service at the restaurant
We have reorganised the Restaurant spaces: the hall, the porch and the terrace, you can choose the à la carte service with a reservation, or you can try our take away and delivery service, even for pizza!
You will have a reserved table for breakfast and dinner, there will be no buffet but 3 breakfast menus to enjoy in the restaurant and you can choose to book lunch during the day under an umbrella on the beach.
Animation: fun for everyone
We have reorganised the Mini club, there will be two groups of children from 5 to 7 and from 8 to 12 years of age in the morning and in the afternoon and they will alternate with laboratory activities on the beach and many other outdoor games in our large green spaces.
For the evening shows we thought of organising them on the beach stage where there is more space to guarantee the right distance.
