We are very pleased to welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay at Conero Azzurro.

When the guest enters the village, this implies the integral and unconditional acceptance of the regulation.

Animals are not allowed inside the Village.

General rules

ENTRANCE TO THE CONERO AZZURRO
Entrance to the Village is subject to the consent of the Management.

  • Guests: Upon their arrival, Guests must report to the Reception for the check-in operations. They will also be asked to show a valid identification document for legal obligations. Upon registration, each guest will be given an identification bracelet to which is personal and non-transferable and that allows entry to the village and its services. It must be always visible and exhibited at the request of the staff in charge of any checks.
  • Visitors: Those wishing to receive guests/visitors must go to the Reception. The visitor will have to hand in an identification document, will be provided with an identification bracelet and, if he or she shall stay for over 1 hour, they will have to pay the daily entry cost to the reception facilities. Visitors are not allowed to enter the village by car.

CARS

  • Guests receive a car pass, to display clearly visible and that allows parking in the internal parking lots assigned by the Management.
  • Parking is unattended and the Management is not responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism, weather events and whatever else.
  • Please respect the signs in the Village, especially with regards to the speed limits so that the safety of the guests inside is guaranteed.
  • Cars cannot circulate from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from midnight to 7:00 a.m. During these times they shall be parked outside the entrance gate of the Village.

CHILDREN

  • Minors are admitted only if accompanied by their parents or by people who have an expressed proxy or by those with parental authority. The latter are held directly responsible for the behaviour of minors.
  • Children must always be accompanied to the various services of the village by an adult and be supervised while swimming in the pool and during their stay in the play area.

VALUABLES

  • Each guest is required to look after their own items.
  • The Management has no responsibility for any loss or removal of values.
 

Services

BOOKING SERVICES

  • To book the various services, contact the reception.
  • Rental of bed linen and towels, washing machines, dryers.
  • Bike rental, swimming and tennis courses, tennis court rental.
  • Boat trip to the Due Sorelle beach.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

  • The internal services can only be paid using cash cards and credit cards.
  • At the customer’s request, the reception provides a CHIP CARD that can only be recharged in cash with which to make payments inside the village (bar-restaurant-market). At the time of departure any remaining sums will be fully refunded to the customer.

EQUIPMENT

  • The use of gym, sports and recreational equipment is at the guests’ risk. The Management declines all responsibility.

SILENCE TIME

  • From 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from midnight to 7:00 p.m.
  • The Village is organised to allow everyone a stay of privacy, quietness and rest. We therefore ask our guests to respect the hours of silence, during which noises, gatherings, the use of sports and leisure facilities and equipment, the assembly and disassembly of tents are strictly prohibited.
  • During these times cars cannot circulate. They will be parked outside the entrance gate of the Village.
  • Motorcycles it is only allowed to reach the parking areas or leave the Village with them with the engine off.

RECEPTION

  • Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • The surveillance service is guaranteed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

VIN CAFÉ

  • Open all day: 9:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

BORGO CONERO

  • International breakfast 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • Dinner 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Reservations are welcome for the à la carte menu.

CONERO MARE – Open from 26 June to 13 September

  • Lunch: 12:30- 2:30 p.m.
  • Bar/Cafè: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. – midnight (in case of bad weather, the time may be subject to evening restrictions)

BEACH AND SEA

  • Guests access our private beach via a convenient underpass, open from 07:00 a.m. to midnight.

MARKET

  • Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

SWIMMING POOLS

  • Opening hours: 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Access to the swimming pools is included in the price and is allowed only to guests with a pass bracelet.
  • It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool and wearing a swimming cap.
  • It is forbidden to use shampoos and/or detergents of any kind in the swimming pool and in the adjacent showers.
  • It is forbidden to introduce glass objects into the swimming pool area.
 

Accomodation conditions

VILLAGE

The housing facilities are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m on the day of departure. The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the stay is due.

Upon arrival, a credit card will be required to guarantee any damage. The guest undertakes to treat take the flat and household appliances with the utmost care. Complaints regarding the state of the flat are accepted only immediately after entering the flat, therefore we invite the guest to check that everything is in order and fully operating, otherwise, any breakage or damage to objects must be compensated at current prices. Upon departure, the state of the flat will be checked for any damage or deficiencies.

All accommodations must be checked out in order: the cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and pots is the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise cleaning costs of € 50 will be charged.

The accommodation will be checked by the village staff from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

If the departing guest leaves the structure in hours that do not allow checking, the Management reserves the right to charge any damage or deficiencies to the credit card provided as guarantee at current prices.

The bracelets, keys and car pass must be returned to the Reception

The linen change will be made only for stays longer than 10 nights, every 7 days, excluding Saturdays.

In this case, please leave the linen to be collected outside the accommodation by 10.00 a.m. in the special bags provided inside the structure.

A parking space inside the village is available to each accommodation. Access to a second car, if allowed, is subject to a fee.

CAMPING

The pitches are available from 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and must be checked out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The arrival day is calculated in full, regardless the time of entry.

The balance must be paid upon departure. If the departure takes place before the office opens, payment must be made the previous evening.

For departures after 10.00 a.m., but before 5.00 p.m., half the fare is calculated for the entire family.

The full rate is calculated after 5:00 p.m.

Any changes, arrival and departure within the family must be communicated to the reception.

The presence of more than 6 people per pitch is not allowed.

The pitches must be kept during the stay and returned in a pristine condition.

Guests are required to use civil and proper toilet facilities. It is forbidden to tie or anchor anything to the plants.

For the connection to the electrical socket of the columns on the field, it is compulsory that the cable and plug comply with EEC standards.

The power supply (220 V.) is limited to 3KW. The column is equipped with a lifesaver.

In the event that the power supply is interrupted, please notify the reception.

Cars must be parked inside the pitch.

 

Ecology and respect for the environment

Conero Azzurro is particularly sensitive to environmental sustainability programs.

We invite our guests to respect those that are deemed as precious and important resources.

Small measures such as turning off the light and the air conditioner when they are not needed, turning off the water tap, sorting waste, are an important contribution we can all make to the ecosystem in which we live.

The waste must be collected in tightly closed bags and deposited sorted at the ecological island located at the entrance of the village. We ask for particular attention in respecting the vegetation, the land and the cleanliness of the village.

 

At the discretion of the Management, non-compliance, even partial, with this regulation or inappropriate behaviour to the cohabitation rules could lead to asking the guest/s to leave subjecting them to the related obligations set out in the general booking conditions.
